Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, an item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Supplements, vitamins, and consumable health products
- Beauty and personal care items (skincare, cosmetics, hair care)
- Food and grocery items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
If an item in one of these categories arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us; we’ll make it right.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@thekimsolution.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your eligible return, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund. Discounted or clearance items are final sale.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 business days:
- Check with your bank or card issuer, as processing times vary.
